Location: the hotel was next to Easy to find from Motorway when travelling North / South of Spain, the shopping centre, and main shopping area. The room itself was modest and amazingly comfortable with the bedroom.

Nothing was too much trouble, I enjoyed my stay. Excellent base for a stopover, felt like home.- The staff was amiable and welcoming.- The location was particularly good, with a motorway close to the hotel.

Lovely hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. The area is quiet and it's a short drive to Madrid or there is a nearby bus station. The breakfast, although limited, was fine with a typical Spanish cold buffet. The free Wi-Fi was a plus. The hotel is an affordable option for a stopover or a base for exploring the city. I would recommend this hotel.

Close to Madrid if you travel by car, free, private parking, spacious room. Quiet area.

Bathroom with some mold and broken tiles. Very weak wi-fi in the room, but worked well in the lobby.

We had a great time staying close to a shopping centre full of restaurants, perfect after a long day out. the hotel was conveniently located next to a petrol station and had all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. the room was clean and had all necessary amenities. the breakfast was decent and staff was kind and helpful.

The hotel had limited bar drinks and lacked English-speaking staff, which made communication a bit challenging.

Hotel told us that air con was not working and was blowing out warm air when temp in room was 90 degrees, I thought we may have been offered fan to cool room down.

The hotel offered great value for money with its affordable prices. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service. The basic amenities in the room were satisfactory. The location was convenient, with various markets and stores located nearby.

No aspect mentioned could be improved.

The staff were really friendly and spoke English which helped a lot. the rooms were cleaned regularly and the location was great, with a free gym next door and a petrol station and shopping outlet within walking distance. We were able to get fantastic deals in the outlet and there were plenty of food options.

The restaurant choices were limited and the food wasn't always the best, especially during the buffet when portions weren't well-supervised.
